Fees & payments

Clear pricing, more ways to pay.

We provide several options to cover the cost of your dental care — direct billing, the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and flexible financing — with written pricing before treatment begins.

Fees & rates

We follow the BCDA Fee Guide.

Our fees follow the guidelines set out in the British Columbia Dental Association (BCDA) Fee Guide. You'll always get written pricing before any treatment, so the cost is clear from the start.

CDCP accepted

You'll always know your co-pay first.

We pre-check coverage and direct-bill your plan or the CDCP, so there are no surprise bills. You only pay any remaining balance, and you see it before we start.

Insurers we direct-bill

We submit your claim for you — most patients only pay any remaining balance.

How direct billing works

Three steps, no paperwork for you.

01

We pre-check coverage

Before treatment, we confirm what your plan or the CDCP covers.

02

We submit the claim

We bill your insurer or the CDCP directly — no forms for you.

03

You only pay the balance

You see any remaining co-pay in writing, before we begin.

In-house financing

A way to spread out the cost.

In certain circumstances we offer in-house financing to make a larger treatment plan more manageable. Contact the clinic and we'll talk through whether it fits your situation.

Financing partners

We're adding outside financing partners soon to give you even more ways to pay. Check back for details, or ask us at your visit.

Frequently asked

Fees & payment questions.

How do you set your fees?

We follow the British Columbia Dental Association (BCDA) Fee Guide. You always get written pricing before treatment, so you know the cost up front.

Do you offer in-house financing?

In certain circumstances we offer in-house financing to help spread out the cost of care. Contact the clinic and we can talk through whether it fits your situation.

Do you direct-bill insurance and the CDCP?

Yes. We direct-bill most major Canadian dental insurers and accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). We submit the claim for you, so most patients only pay any remaining balance.

What should I bring to use my coverage?

Bring your insurance or CDCP member ID to your visit. If you have a spouse or family plan, bring those details too so we can check your combined coverage.
