When you arrive, our administrative team greets you and gets you checked in. If you haven't filled out your forms ahead of time, please arrive 20–30 minutes early so there's no rush.
We take time to understand your dental and medical history, plus what you want from your care. You're more than a chart number — your goals shape the visit.
Dr. Hu and the hygiene team check your teeth and gums, take any x-rays needed, and talk through anything that needs attention.
We lay out next steps with written pricing and pre-check your insurance or CDCP coverage, so you always know the cost before anything begins.
Care that fits your budget.
We know dental care can be an investment, so we offer flexible financing to help spread out the cost. We'll also direct-bill your insurer or the CDCP, so most patients only pay any remaining balance.

We give you written pricing up front and pre-check your coverage, so there are no surprise bills after your visit.
First-visit questions.
How early should I arrive for my first appointment?
If you've completed your new-patient forms online ahead of time, just arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you haven't, please come 20–30 minutes early so you have time to fill them out without feeling rushed.
Can I fill out the new-patient forms before I come in?
Yes. We can send your patient information forms to complete online before your visit. Doing them ahead saves time at the front desk and gets you into the chair sooner.
What if I have dental anxiety?
Tell us when you book, and again when you arrive. We move at your pace, explain each step, and offer sedation options for patients who need them. Plenty of nervous patients leave feeling calmer than they expected.
Do you offer financing for treatment?
Yes. We understand dental care is an investment, so we offer flexible financing options to help you spread out the cost. We can walk through what fits your budget at your visit.
